Outside of those times you will still be able to log a call via the the Helpdesk website (Use the link on the Brine Leas website or go to http://blssupport.freshdesk.com/support/home), or by e-mailing helpdesk@brineleas.co.uk, and a technician will be assigned to the problem at the start of the next working day.
