The quickest and easiest way to raise a ticket on the Helpdesk is to send an e-mail to email@example.com
Add in details of the issue and it's location and a technician will be assigned to help you.
If you have been sent an activation e-mail and have created a password, you can log directly into the Helpdesk and create
tickets by clicking on +New support ticket. This also allows you to track the status of any open tickets.
